Personal Data Processing Policy
This policy describes how personal data is processed in connection with photography inquiries, bookings, shoots, image delivery, and related communication.
Purpose of processing
Personal data is processed to communicate with clients, prepare and provide photography services, manage bookings, deliver images, process project-related requests, and maintain necessary business records.
Image materials may be processed as part of the photography service and, only where permitted, for portfolio or promotional use.
Categories of personal data
The processed data may include your name, contact details, shoot preferences, message content, scheduling information, payment-related records, and photos or videos created during the shoot.
I ask clients to avoid sending sensitive personal data unless it is necessary for the requested service.
Legal basis and consent
Data may be processed because it is necessary to respond to your request, prepare or perform an agreement, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate interests, or because you have given consent.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent for future processing by contacting me.
Retention
Personal data is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including service delivery, archive management, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Finished photo materials may be stored in archives unless deletion is requested and no legal or contractual reason requires continued storage.
Data subject requests
You may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, or information about how your data is used, subject to applicable law and practical limitations.
Requests can be sent to ok@olegkornilov.com. I may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
