During a photography session, I create photo and video materials as part of the service you request.

I use your information to reply to inquiries, plan and provide photography services, deliver finished images, handle scheduling, and keep a clear record of our communication.

With your permission, selected photographs may be used in my portfolio, website, social media, or promotional materials.

I take reasonable steps to keep personal information and client materials protected from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Photo files and communication records may be kept for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain archives, resolve questions, or meet legal obligations.

I do not sell your personal information. I may share limited information with trusted service providers when necessary to deliver the service, such as gallery hosting, file storage, printing, or communication tools.

Information may also be shared if required by law or to protect legal rights.

You may ask to review, correct, or delete your personal information where applicable. You may also ask me not to use your images publicly unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
