Submitting a contact form or message does not automatically confirm a booking. A shoot is confirmed only after the details, date, scope, and payment terms are agreed in writing.

Prices, availability, deliverables, and timelines may vary depending on the project and will be confirmed before work begins.

All photographs, images, text, and visual materials on this website belong to Oleg Kornilov or are used with permission. They may not be copied, edited, published, or used commercially without written permission.

Client image usage, delivery format, retouching scope, and public portfolio usage may be defined in a separate agreement for each shoot.

This website may contain links to social networks, messaging apps, galleries, or other third-party services. I am not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those external services.

I aim to keep the website accurate and available, but I cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
